Terms of Service

FakeBalance service

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These terms (the Terms) set out the rules for using the FakeBalance website (the Service).
  2. The Service is purely a hobby, entertainment and simulation project.
  3. Using the Service is entirely voluntary and free of charge. The Service runs no sales, offers no premium accounts, microtransactions or any paid features.
  4. Items, currencies or statuses obtained inside the simulator are purely virtual and have no material or real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrencies or physical rewards.

§ 2. Registration & login

  1. You can use the Service by registering and logging in two ways:
    • Standard method: Providing a unique username (nickname) and your Discord handle/ID. On this basis the Service generates a unique login key.
    • External method: Logging in via Discord's secure OAuth2 protocol.
  2. For the standard method, the generated login key acts as your access password.
  3. For security, users' login keys are encrypted (hashed) in the database. The Service Administration does not know and cannot view a user's login key.
  4. The Administration can reset a login key at the user's request, after verifying their identity.
  5. The user must keep their login key secret. The Service is not responsible for the consequences of sharing the key with third parties.

§ 3. Rules of use

  1. The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, good practice and the principles of fair play.
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • Exploiting Service code errors (bugs, exploits) to gain an advantage in the simulator.
    • Using bots, scripts or other software that automates gameplay without the Administration's explicit consent.
    • Impersonating other users or members of the Administration.

§ 4. Liability & account bans

  1. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to a user's account in the event of a gross breach of these Terms.
  2. The Service strives to operate continuously but does not guarantee 100% availability and is not liable for technical downtime or loss of virtual progress in the simulator.

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. The Terms take effect on the day they are published on the Service.
  2. The Administration reserves the right to change the Terms; users will be informed on the home page or via the Service's official communication channels.
